Race Downpipes
Engineered to unlock the raw character of the DB11’s twin-turbocharged V12, the Vessara Decat Downpipes remove the restrictive factory catalyst sections and create a substantially freer-flowing route for exhaust gases. The result is reduced restriction, heightened turbo acoustics and a far more immediate, visceral exhaust note — unlocking the full sound of the V12.
For motorsport / off-road use only. Removal of emissions-control equipment may not be permitted for road use.
High Flow Sports Cats
Engineered for drivers seeking increased performance without sacrificing road legality, the Vessara High Flow Sports Cats replace the restrictive factory catalyst sections with freer-flowing units. The result is reduced back pressure, sharper response and a richer, more pronounced V12 exhaust note while retaining catalytic conversion.
Signature Crossover
Engineered to transform the character of the DB11’s exhaust, the Vessara Signature Crossover replaces the restrictive rear section with a freer-flowing crossover design. By opening the exhaust path and balancing gases between both banks, it creates a cleaner, sharper and higher-pitched tone that lets the V12 sing throughout the rev range.
Valved
Combining the sound of our Signature Crossover with complete control, the Vessara Valved System opens the rear exhaust path to deliver a clean, sharp and high-pitched V12 tone when desired. Integrated valves can then quieten the system at the push of a button, with a dedicated controller allowing the driver to switch between both characters.
The Story
Born from
one dissatisfied ear.
It started, as these things often do, with a car and a feeling that something wasn't quite right. The owner of an Aston Martin DB11 simply wasn't happy with the tone of its exhaust. So he did what any curious owner would — he began researching. The more he learned, the more convinced he became that he could build something better himself.
After months of tinkering with designs, testing and refining, he produced the first Vessara exhaust system. Hand-built, piece by piece, until the note was exactly right.
Fitted to his own DB11, the car quickly became known within the area as one of the best-sounding supercars people had ever heard. Word travelled fast. The messages started arriving — owners wanting to know what was underneath, how they could get the same sound. Producing more was the only logical next step. That was the birth of Vessara — a single system, built for a single engine, by someone who simply refused to settle for the tone his car was given.
