Vessara

The House

Twelve cylinders,
one obsession.

Vessara was founded in a two-bay workshop outside Warwick in 2014, by a small team of former Aston Martin Racing engineers. We build one thing — titanium exhaust systems for twelve-cylinder Aston Martins — and we build them by hand.

V12 engine

Why V12 acoustics matter.

A twelve-cylinder engine produces harmonic intervals no other configuration can — six pairs of firing pulses, evenly spaced, at intervals that fall inside the musical fifth. Everything we build is designed to preserve those intervals, and to remove the mufflers, resonators and damping that OEM homologation forces onto the raw signal.

Bench-built, one at a time.

Every Vessara system is TIG-welded by hand from Grade 1 titanium sheet. We machine our own flanges, hand-form our own merges, and heat-anodise every tip in-house. Nothing is outsourced. Every system carries a serialised plaque with the builder's initials.

Warwickshire, by design.

We sit twenty minutes from Gaydon. That proximity matters — the cars we build for are developed here, tested here, and understood here. So are we.
