Every Vessara exhaust system includes our dedicated electronic valve control module at no additional cost.

The Aston Martin DB11 continuously monitors its factory exhaust valves. Removing or disconnecting these valves can trigger fault codes and potentially cause the vehicle to enter limp mode.

Our supplied control system is designed to overcome this issue, allowing the original exhaust valves to be removed without triggering the associated valve monitoring faults.

Installation couldn't be simpler:

1. 01Position the main control module securely inside the boot.
2. 02Route the supplied wiring through to the factory exhaust valve connections.
3. 03Plug the connectors directly into the vehicle's original valve wiring — no cutting, splicing or modification of the factory wiring is required.
4. 04Secure the wiring neatly using cable ties.

That's it. The system is designed to work seamlessly with the vehicle's existing electronics, eliminating the need to retain the original exhaust valve actuators when installing your Vessara exhaust.

Our valve control system has also been designed with the future in mind.

With the upcoming release of our Vessara Valved Exhaust System, the same controller will provide complete independent control over the exhaust valves using the supplied wireless remote.

Unlike the factory system, which determines valve operation based on the vehicle's programming, our controller will allow you to open or close the valves whenever you choose.
